A winner off the track!

While anything with Kentucky in it’s name flooded social media posts last week, I had previously seen this when searching for a gooey butter cake (still looking), but it was timely, and time to try it.

This one’s quick, easy, delicious, and goes well with mid-morning coffee, afternoon tea, dessert (a scoop if ice cream on, or one the side, never hurts), and even buttered and toasted for breakfast (just like a nice pound cake). AND, rum in the batter and glaze is an option.
