If you like pears, then this is the one for you! Discovered at The Ambassador in Chicago, it’s one of their most popular signature cocktails, named, of course, after Chicago’s popular Navy Pier.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz pear infused vodka (Grey Goose preferred, and it’s in the original)
3/4 oz St. Germaine or Domaine de Canton
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
Dash of Angostura bitters
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker; add ice; shake vigorously until well chilled. Pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass, and garnish with a strip of lemon peel.
